It details a sale of described real estate for 240040 dollars to Schmid, report of sale by Referee C W Antes, and a court hearing set for November 5, 1963 in West Union Iowa for approval of sale and deed. Attorneys Traeger and Crawford represent the Referee.

Charles Gruver Ern Holzer and Will Christ left for Huron South Dakota to visit C C Christ and perhaps pheasant hunt. George Vaughn Milton Miller and Otto Olson are in Waterloo for several weeks of work.
