Terrace library plan approved by Mountlake Terrace board
The Mountlake Terrace Library Board approved the New Library Programming Document Draft detailing space use for the planned 10,000 square foot library. The document, reviewed Sept. 17, calls for a 120 seat multipurpose room, artwork space, graffiti resistant bathrooms, and space for a second computer plus wiring. The project aims for bidding in 1987 and completion by late 1988 with council approval pending.
