Prank calls rise says Snohomish sheriff spokesman
Snohomish County Sheriff Department spokesman Roy Reed reports an upswing in prank and obscene phone calls with at least 15 cases since May. Victims describe callers posing as officers, from Snohomish County and Everett agencies, sometimes giving wrong hospital details and requesting personal information.
