Two Alternates Named for 4-H National Congress Trip
Debbie Findling and Jeff Carpenter of Lynnwood were chosen as alternates to expense paid trips to the National 4-H Congress. The 4-H program recognizes top performers from the 3500 State Fair participants at Puyallup across dairy clothing bread baking and veterinary science. Findling 17 competed in dog care and Carpenter 18 led in the leadership section. Further honors including college scholarships await 4-H competitors nationwide who have previously earned trips to Congress in Chicago.
