Duchesne Adopts Fifty Year Mountain Fuel Gas Franchise
The City of Duchesne Utah ordinances grant Mountain Fuel Supply Company a fifty year franchise to construct operate and maintain a gas distribution system within the city and surrounding areas. The ordinance sets terms on construction traffic safety meter testing rates and conditions and requires acceptance within 90 days and payment of 50.00 to the city.
