Emmett Wiggins 86 native of Alabama died at the guardian-law home in Birmingham late yesterday. Funeral services were held today. Surviving relatives include a son-in-law Searcy Johnson two grandchildren Mrs J L Fletcher and R E B Howard participation in the Madison event noted.
