Lee County judge sentences James Roberts on burglary charges
Lee County Circuit Court Judge Tomas Magdich gave James Roberts of Dixon 30 months probation and 12 months periodic imprisonment without day-for-day credit after his burglary arrest. The April 17 theft involved a van from Lightner Auto Sales.
