Dixon set to plant 27000 petunia plants this Saturday as the Dixon Men's Garden Club and community groups begin the Petunia Capital of the World project. Nichols, official grower for the club, notes 47 blocks will be planted despite road construction while the Adopt A Block program continues with eight blocks awaiting adopters.
