Navy to release report on USS Iowa explosion next week
Norfolk based lawyer Ellis Rubin says the Navy will issue a report next week on the USS Iowa blast that killed 47. He represents Gunner's Mate Kendall Truitt who is linked by reports to a possible murder death plot but insists Truitt had no role in the disaster. Truitt awaits the findings to clear his name as Rubin tours other WWII ships with him.
