Wool Market Active and Strong Week of Trading
Boston reports the wool market as active and strong over the past week with tariff stabilization. Purchases of unskirted wools in bond occurred before the tariff, while some wools may stay in bond until the new tariff takes effect. Free wools sold readily at firm prices, with detailed quotations by region and wool type, including Delaine, half-blood, three-eighths blood, and various staple grades. John Peterson spent several days in Dillon from Grant last week.
