Rule for pretrial conference in Montana district court adopted
The Fifth Judicial District of Montana adopts Rule XXX requiring a pretrial conference before any civil jury trial. Filing a notice with the court clerk requests setting the action for pretrial conference within two weeks if no agreement on earlier date exists.
