Best Way to Preserve Frozen Trout Fillets
Instructions for filleting trout and whitefish for freezing. Use gloves for grip, remove skin, and freeze fillets in moisture vapor proof paper. For longer storage dip fillets in a 10 percent salt solution then drain, wrap, and freeze to reduce drip during thawing.
Proper Desk Lamp Placement for Students Eyestrain Reduction
With students back in session a well lit desk aids homework. Use a table or wall lamp with an under shade reflector or wide harp, positioned about 15 inches above the desk. Place to the writing hand side, center twin shades about 30 inches apart, and use at least 150 watts for a single lamp or 100 watts each for two lamps.

W E Fry Carl Simpson from Beaverhead Forest headquarters and John Venrick from Wisdom district attended and pledged support. Crossbred Shorthorn Hereford Steers Show Higher Beef Yields
Data from a circular report at Miles City compares SHORTHORN HEREFORD steers. In both years crossbreds weighed more at birth and weaning and posted faster feedlot gains than purebreds raised under identical conditions. Both groups sold for similar prices per pound, but crossbreds earned more over feed and marketing costs due to greater total beef pounds. The piece urges using SHORTHORNS to boost income.
