New All-Oiled Highway Opens North of Jasper and Banff
The opening of a 149 mile modern highway north of Lake Louise connects Jasper and Banff regions improving Montana travel access. In Alberta, armistice ended French remount sales leaving hundreds of horses unsold and awaiting disposition with possible transfer to Britain.
