Miss Leah Elizabeth Sutherland and Dr Sheldon Emmer Davis wed at the Sutherland residence in Dillon with Rev May officiating. The couple leaves for an extended wedding trip after a breakfast reception and will reside on South Dakota street. The bride, a Beaverhead county native and former public schools superintendent, is a Dillon figure with ties to local education. Dr Davis, coming from Marysville Missouri, leads the Beaverhead Normal college and is highly regarded in Montana education circles.

The Board of County Commissioners of Beaverhead County Montana orders the County Treasurer to call for payment and redeem on January 2 1923 the High School Gymnasium Bond issue due date. Thirty three Beaverhead County bonds are affected with this notice.
In Dillon Montana a lawsuit seeks to declare a March 22 1918 warranty deed a mortgage and foreclose it to collect 1250 dollars plus eight percent interest from March 28 1918 and costs. The grantee would obtain the north twenty feet of lot 3 block 6 in the original townsite as described in the county records.
