Mrs. Mike Proulx Jr., German war bride who earned her first permit two years ago, was named one of Beaverhead County’s safest drivers by Chief Leo Williams. He notes residential costs down 33 percent since 1946, taxes up 146 percent in 10 years, and plans to spend about 80 million dollars in five years to expand capacity.
