Glendale man held on burglary charge after preliminary hearing
Joseph Skraner of Glendale was arrested last Monday for burglary and brought to Dillon for a preliminary hearing before Judge Hirachhman Monday evening. He posted a $100 bond for a May 9 appearance and hearing. Thomas Worthington, longtime Saunack miner, finished development on five claims near the Polaria mine naming Defender Mayflower Worthington Emma and Humming Bird as his best claims in that district.

Waldorf Sues For Stock In Dillon Implement Case
A. F. Waldorf has filed a district court complaint against W. G. Phillips and Sam Arndts claiming 112 shares of Dillon Implement stock worth 200 dollars each were transferred under threats of arrest and prosecution. Waldorf says charges of misappropriation were false and that transfers were not voluntary but forced. The case is set for hearing at the next court term beginning Monday.
