Plan for 94 unit project faces sewage and drainage hurdles
Anchors notes the 94 unit development may need substantial sewage infrastructure. A high water table in the area could complicate installation of a package treatment plant and drainage field. DER officials say no sewage disposal application has been received for Jehle and speculate the project may wait for the moratorium to lift to tie into the central system. Overstreet Engineering declined to release details on drainage or disposal plans.
