Santa Claus events and charity drives in South Walton area
The Cane Estates Square Merchants Association plans a children event with Santa on December 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Proceeds from photos go to the Walton County Junior Deputies. A turkey shoot on December 10 supports South Walton Emergency Services, with a second shoot on December 17. A Community Christmas Party is set for December 20 at the Santa Rosa Beach Community Center. The Landestin Lions Club reports a $3,610 total raised for Visionnaires and related charities and welcomes Lion Milton J. Harper, with a Christmas party December 6 featuring Mancini Band.
