Okaloosa Offers Wide Range of Community Education Courses
The Okaloosa County School Board will run numerous non credit and enrichment courses at Choctawhatchee High School Center starting in September. Mary Morgan teaches typing, Gregg shorthand, and bookkeeping. Annie Laurie Smith offers Writing for Fun and Profit. Jim Glenn covers investment basics. others teach photography, sailing, sewing, calligraphy, horticulture, computer literacy, aerobics, ballroom dance, gourmet cooking, yoga, wok cooking, and more with varied schedules. Seven courses are free via Community Instructional Services, including lamate and prepared childbirth, wills and estate planning, and CPR certification.
