Small Utility Rooms Need More Storage Space
Utility rooms are often too small to store heating and laundry equipment plus household items. A room of at least 100 square feet helps accommodate gear and allows working space. As homes age, storage demands rise, making crowded rooms a serious drawback. A too small space can hinder use of a two compartment laundry tray.

The compound, used previously in explosives, is valued for high nitrogen content, soil adaptability, leaching resistance, and low cost per unit of nitrogen, with talk that it may become nearly universal for direct application.
