Readers urge fair races in Maryland nominee fight
A Caroline County reader denounces the State Central Committee for endorsing Governor O Connor for the party senatorial nomination. The letter argues such action deprives Radcliffe and other candidates of a fair field, urges voters to choose freely, and criticizes the committee for backing one candidate before the primary and nominating process conclude. The writer contends the voters and counties should decide, not party officials.
