She died Friday night at Kennedy nursing home Flora where she had been admitted January. At a special Board of Public Welfare meeting last Thursday personnel needs were studied. 1945 saw an average monthly load of 467 old age recipients and 74 aid to dependent children cases, vs 168 old age and 36 dependent children in 1957, with six staff then. The board cut staff as workloads declined. by January 1, 1958 the clerks were reduced to one, leaving the director, one visitor, and one clerk.
