William Winsler of Bryan asserts he is the sole heir to the $30,000 estate of Henry Winsler a Civil War veteran born in 1836 in Tuscarawas County. Henry served in the 89th Infantry and later died after a deranged life. a guardian managed a growing pension that reached $30,000 at death. The guardian seeks heirs amid competing claims by Mrs. Roberts of Port Washeta and Winsler who cites Frank Winsler as the veteran’s son.
