Divorce Notice and Tragic Death in Allen County
A notice stated Mrs Sylvester Breckler sought a divorce in Allen County courts. A July 8 dispatch from Delphos reports she fled with seven children to Lima while he worked, Breckler was served, and later died from a razor wound after his home was deserted. He had attempted suicide six times previously.
