Otto Smith of Cedar Creek dies after being struck by Southbound L and N train No 3 near the Cedar Creek over head bridge between Hartselle and Falkville. Coroner Bev Howell says Smith sat on the track. brakes and whistle were used but he did not move. He was pronounced dead in Falkville after doctors and ambulance helps.
