Two carloads of registered Guernsey heifers from Finger Lake New York arrived in Decatur at 11 15 A M and will be sold Saturday at the Union Compress building on West Moulton. 4 H and FFA members from across North Alabama are expected to bid with Alabama Guernsey Cattle club backing the event. Elfreth Johnson Birmingham bought the cattle and M M Koon Gordon near Tuscaloosa plans to bid. the Decatur Chamber of Commerce helped secure the sale venue.
