Morgan County Education Board to Auction $27,000 Capital Notes
Morgan County Board of Education will hold a public auction in Decatur at 1 00 p m on June 5 1939 for $27 000 in capital outlay warrants funded by a three mill county tax. Warrants of $1 000 each mature 1957 to 1963 with 5 percent max interest and semiannual payments begin March 1 1940. The board may call warrants at par with accrued interest after March 1 1945 and may reject bids.
