Rosenberg Clears Senate Panel On Defense Assistant Post
The Senate Armed Services Committee unanimously approved Anna M. Rosenberg for assistant secretary of defense after an exhaustive inquiry found no backing for charges she attended communist front meetings. Confirmation may come next week.
