W. J. Duncan Jr., president of Duncan Cotton Company, was hospitalized at Hamil Clinic after a late night crash near Hanceville. He suffered a head laceration but is not seriously hurt. Mrs. Duncan said Reithmeyer, who was driving, escaped major injury as the car skidded into a ditch around 11:30 P. M. on wet pavement while returning from Birmingham.
