Victim in Triangle Shooting Dies
John L. Warner 38 of Portsmouth Virginia died at Druid City hospital after a gunshot wound. H L Brandt 30 of Tuscaloosa held on murder charge for shooting Warner at close range after surprising him and Mrs Brandt. Mrs Brandt jailed as disorderly conduct material witness. Brandts had been staying with the couple. Warner worked for a local construction firm.
