The nude body of 24 year old Joan Kramer daughter of Newark businessman Julian Kramer was found in a water filled ditch at Elizabeth River Park Union County prosecutors said she had been missing for two weeks and a ransom call demanding under twenty thousand dollars was reported but could not be arranged.
