Log found from Eau Claire River’s old lumber era on exhibit
The 16 foot cedar or pine log with TB owner marks was likely at least 75 years old and served as a front boom log for rafted logs on the Eau Claire River. Discovered by Morris Mueller near Big Falls, it was moved by the Eau Claire Canoe Club to the Carson Park area for Sawdust City Days.
