Eichhorn to contest Erie recount in court action

Emmanuel Guild Pancake Supper Serves One Hundred Guests
A parish supper at Emmanuel Episcopal Church drew about 100 attendees last evening from six o clock. The dining room served pancakes sausage maple syrup doughnuts and coffee. Funds go to the church treasury. Mrs Jerome Hight and Mrs Percy Goller led as chairmen of the event.

Plaintiff Wins Insurance Suit In Pittsburgh Federal Court
A final decree favored Mrs. Emma R. B. Sexton in the suit against New York Life Insurance Co. over a $3,000 policy taken out on Harvey H. Sexton, who disappeared in 1920. The court awarded the face value plus interest from 1927 and refund of 1928 and 1929 premiums, totaling 3,549.08, paid to Mrs. Sexton.
