Controller to Lead Fight on Parks Ruling
Erie June 25 County Controller Harvey M Willis is expected to lead a challenge to the Parks law that would merge city county and school tax units into one. Attorney Samuel Rossiter will study the law for possible court action, with several third class cities considering submitting the measure for a constitutional ruling.
