Rev Clarence Tebo, a 15 year old evangelist known in the area, suffered a fractured skull and serious injuries after a collision on a narrow bridge with an automobile Thursday night. Passenger Early Lorrow, 25, of Hornell, died later. Three other party members including Mrs Winifred Tebo, 62, of Andover, plus two women from Angelica and Andover, also injured. Kenneth Bates, 2, of Freemont, drove the automobile.
Wayne Miller of Toledo Street, Corry, located his father after a 20 year separation. The reunion followed years of searching since he was a child of five when his family fractured in 1901. Wayne was adopted by Mr and Mrs DK Miller and later found his birth parents through a local search.
Work began today on remodeling the storeroom adjoining Barnes & Carrig shoe store on North Center Street to house Zuckerman Dress Shop, expected to open in September. The Corry store will be third owned by the group, which also runs shops in Jamestown and Dunkirk, N.Y. The Corry shop will mirror the Dunkirk layout with interior overhaul and a Tran swall G8 style upgrade. Negotiations are reported progressing toward completion of the property purchase by James Towns Company.
Sperry, a 14 year old from Crowdy, suffered a fractured skull and head injuries when his auto cycle struck a car at the beach near Long Beach.
