Corry Youth Fatally Injured in California Motorcycle Crash

Dick Sperry 19, son of Mr and Mrs Frank W Sperry of East Pleasant street, Corry, died at Los Angeles General Hospital after a July crash in Long Beach California. He was riding a motorcycle that collided with a car driven by Viola Dell Smith of Los Angeles. He sustained a fractured skull and injuries to his back and was pronounced dead Sunday morning. Survived by parents a sister and two brothers. Funeral arrangements pending California inquest decision.
