Normal taking over of the Fein boro State Normal School by the state Board of Education occurred at 10:30 A M in the large auditorium. The warrant for 850 000 for the first payment on the school was issued yesterday and will be turned over to the adult trustees on Friday. A deed for all school property was taken. Remaining 25 000 is payable in two years. Stockholders and trains of the school have acted to turn the institution over to the state under a plan to establish state normal schools with new building programs and to raise standards to Massachusetts levels.
