Griffin Farm Land Improvements Spur Conservation Plan
Griffin Farm advances Great Plains conservation since 1970 by installing watering facilities and fences. They built a 25 foot storage tank, two large troughs with floats, and float guards for cattle, enabling pasture rotation with minimal effort. They sowed Sideoats Grama, King Ranch Bluestem, and Weeping Lovegrass and plan to convert cropland and native range to coastal.
