The Court of Civil Appeals reversed and remanded the case of Leslie Gillette versus R. D. Davis et al. A. B. Haworth represented a wholesale shoe company after the sheriff levied on land near Sidney and sold it as property of R. D. Davis who had traded his mercantile business for a farm and deeded to his minor son Harold Davis. Judgment was appealed.
