By order of the Eastland County Court a judgment for 481.30 dollars plus 10 percent interest and costs was issued July 16 1930 in favor of E H A Davis against Carl C Moorman. Sheriff Wid Spivey will sell May 2 1939 at legal hours the right title and interest of Moorman in two land tracts in Comanche County including all of Section 37 Deaf and Dumb Asylum land and 83 acres of the John Elliott survey to satisfy the judgment and costs.
