New Tourist Park Nearing Completion in Comanche

Bass Introduced as Lake Rain Receives Brush of Fish

H Shockley banker of Lamkin said crop prospects in Comanche County are unusually favorable. He noted oats yield 15 to 50 bushels per acre and a strong wheat crop. Rain has boosted a large corn crop in full ears while maize sorghum and other feeds are among the best in years. Truck overturns injures farm youth in De Leon road incident
Herman Rauhut was injured last Saturday when a wheat wagon overturned on the De Leon road. He was struck while turning to look at his brother and another rider in the rear. His leg and foot were crushed beneath the fender. he will require crutches for some time. The other two boys escaped with only minor bruises.
