Lions to Hold Ladies Night And Barbecue at Lake Eanes Park
The Lions Club will observe a ladies night and barbecue at Lake Eanes Park next Tuesday. About 150 people are expected including nearly seventy members and visiting guests such as Attorney Griffin of Brownwood who will speak. Mrs Walter A Luce formerly Neville Hamilton of Lamkin and her two children Lana and Butch have joined her husband Master Sergeant Walter Luke in Hawaii. Luce has served seven years and plans a lifelong Army career. The family expects to stay in Hawaii for two years. Elmalee Dennis, a business college student in Lubbock, spent last weekend in Comanche with her parents.
