The State of Texas seeks collection of a 12 dollar amount plus taxes interest and costs from FEH Richardson deceased by a court ordered sale. On September first 1945 at the Comanche County Courthouse the sheriff will sell 40 acres out of J L Pettit Survey 1384 to satisfy the judgment with two year right of redemption. Proceeds to be applied to the judgment with any remainder per law.
