Comanche County Poll Tax, Elections Set for 1947
Comanche County faces poll tax payments due by February 1 1947 to vote this year. County elections include a beer election February 8 a city improvement bond January 15 and school and city polls in early April. The Comanche REA employs 56 at the local and Eastland offices led by Ory J. Grigsby.
