Waggoner Davis Promoted in US Maritime Service

Burton Hughes Named Nightwatchman at De Leon

Burton Hughes formerly of Comanche is appointed as nightwatchman at De Leon. He recently received an honorable discharge after 34 months in the Army with 14 months in Europe. The U S Maritime Service aided seamen by providing necessary training for deck and engine officers ordinary seamen and stewards department members.
