Notice in Probate of Temporary Guardian for Minors
The County Court of Comanche County Texas appoints Frankie Gordon Temporary Guardian of Leevina Gordon Billy Jack Gordon and Murles Gordon minors on September 24 1928. The appointment becomes permanent unless contested at the next term beginning January 7 1929 at the Comanche Court House. Proceedings require published notice in a local newspaper for ten days prior to return day.
