Sheriff to Sell 228 Acre Comanche County Land for Debt
Sheriff J T Gilbreath announces sale of 228.8 acres of land in Comanche County on the first Tuesday in January 1929 to satisfy a judgment of 4295.22 dollars plus costs. The property includes two 160 acre tracts tied to J W Ward and J W Ward assignee, with exceptions of 91.2 acres described as two tracts later conveyed to L G Boynton. The sale proceeds go to Mrs A B Dodge D K Dodge plaintiffs against E W Harris M P Harris and others. the case No 80215 in the District Court of Tarrant County.
