Mrs. W. D. Floyd of Colton California and Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Gowdey with daughter Nita of Memphis Tennessee visit Mrs. Sam Howell in Comanche this week. Howell is Gowdy and Floyd’s sister and this is the first meeting in thirty four years. They will also visit relatives in De Leon.

Victory Baptist Revival Closes With Baptisms and Letters
The Victory Baptist revival ended Sunday night after a strong meeting. Six people were baptized and nine joined by letter. Beattie led the song services. Regular church services will be held Sunday at Victory Baptist Church with Sunday School at 10 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m. Pastor Rev. Roger Smith requests each member attend if possible.
