Tract one comprises 62 acres tied to the Texas & Pacific Railway land, described by metes and bounds. tract two covers 357 acres with detailed bearings. The property belongs to defendants in a judgment totaling $7566.69 to Connecticut General Life Insurance Co and $315.44 to United States Bond & Mortgage Co plus costs. Sheriff J T Gilbreath will conduct the sale between 10 am and 4 pm and the notice is published in the Comanche Chief three consecutive weeks.
