Biking With Child in a Carrier Precautions endangering loss of control
When biking with a child in a carrier you should ride cautiously. The extra weight makes it easier to lose control so reduce speed and brake sooner. Watch for sharp turns, stones and chuckholes. If both parents ride place the child behind the first rider and the rear rider can help watch the vehicle.
